Building Recovery of Individual Dreams and Goals through Education and Support 
B.R.I.D.G.E.S. www.mha-em.org
BRIDGES is a peer-to-peer support group led by a trained facilitator, designed to serve adults with mental illness. Meetings are held in various locations in the metropolitan St. Louis area and throughout Missouri. Call for more information about a location near you or to indicate interest in getting a group started in your area. A 10-week educational course is also available. There is no fee for either program. BRIDGES classes and support groups are open only to adults with mental health diagnoses. Depression Bipolar Support Alliance  Support Groups

Currently DBSA St. Louis operates about 30 support groups a month at a variety of community locations for people whose lives are affected by mental illness. Most of our meetings are open to both consumers and their friends and families . Some of our groups have a special focus and are open to targeted groups. For more information about our groups call 314-652-6100. If you would like a package of information about DBSA, please call the office and one will be sent to you.

Eating Disorder Recovery Lunch

First Tuesday of every month

This monthly event is an opportunity for people in recovery from eating disorders, striving for recovery, to get together for a therapeutic and safe lunch. Participants are asked to bring their own lunch, and are asked to make an honest attempt at eating a healthy meal while in this pro-recovery environment.
