NAMI St. Louis invites you to join the 1432 Discussion Group, a monthly, facilitator-led space held at Strategic Home Health Care in Jennings designed for Black men seeking to strengthen their emotional health and relationship skills. This culturally affirming space offers the opportunity to openly discuss life and relationships, explore healthy masculinity, and learn evidence-based tools for emotional regulation, communication, and connection.

Participants are encouraged to share experiences, reflect together, and build practical skills that support healthier relationships. Each session includes guided discussion, education, and hands-on skill-building exercises to help men show up more grounded, intentional, and emotionally present in their relationships, families, and communities.
