What is your organization’s full name?
We are the National Alliance on Mental Illness of St. Louis (NAMI St. Louis). Please use the full name, NAMI St. Louis, when referring to our organization. NAMI refers to NAMI National, which is the national organization that supports a network of state and local affiliates across the United States.
What is NAMI St. Louis?
NAMI St. Louis is a non-profit organization and local affiliate under NAMI National, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health conditions through support, education, and advocacy. All services are provided free of charge to the community.
How do you pronounce NAMI St. Louis?
NAMI St Louis' phonetic pronunciation is like “Mommy.” The phonetic is: “Nommy Saynt LOO-iss”
Please always refer to our organization as NAMI St. Louis, not simply “NAMI.”
NAMI St. Louis Logo Usage Guidelines
The official NAMI St. Louis logo includes three primary components: the grassroots emblem, the NAMI acronym, and the full organization name.
- The logo uses two fonts: Franklin Gothic and Techno
- The preferred color is NAMI Blue (Pantone Reflex Blue)
- On dark backgrounds, the logo may appear in white
- On light backgrounds, the logo may appear in black
- The preferred version is the all-blue logo (emblem and text)
When using the logo:
- Do not reduce it to an illegible size
- Do not bend, rotate, or distort proportions
- Do not alter transparency
- Do not use the logo to endorse materials without prior approval from NAMI St. Louis
